Employees should be seen as an investment. They are key to helping the Council deliver the outcomes and services to the local community. 

The Civility and Respect project was a collaboration between the NALC, SLCC and OneVoice Wales and as part of its work produced a recruitment manual providing detailed step-by-step guidance for councils to help them through all the stages of a successful recruitment campaign.
