The Rural Coffee Caravan is an established Suffolk charity that addresses rural isolation, loneliness and difficulties accessing information that supports happy, healthy, independent living. They do this using mobile ‘community cafes’ that effectively set up a social space in a rural place. Their friendly inclusive service is completely free.
With staff trained in rural energy and mental health first aid and active listening, they have a successful 20 year track record helping individuals and communities create vital human connections, access support, even maximise income. They would now like to increase their reach deeper into East Suffolk, especially focussing on villages that are impacted by Sizewell C.
If you would like the Rural Coffee Caravan to visit your village, either as a stand alone event or to join in with an existing event, they would love to hear from you.
